Lustgarten Global is a law firm dedicated to representing companies in global (non-U.S.) immigration matters worldwide. We provide companies with comprehensive immigration services, including procuring employment visas, work permits, residence permits and business visas for countries around the world. We offer a single, U.S.-based legal team capable of handling immigration matters worldwide.
After many years of practice in big law, Audrey Lustgarten founded the firm as she felt there was a need for a firm to provide companies with a simple solution for global immigration matters in the form of a single, U.S.-based legal team capable of handling immigration matters worldwide.
Lustgarten Global provides an unmatched level of strategic partnership and professionalism in the delivery of global immigration legal solutions, both in developing new global mobility programs and refining existing programs.
Because we are dedicated exclusively to coordination of immigration matters outside the U.S., the firm can also partner with top U.S. immigration law firms to provide global solutions to their clients. Specializing in the representation of U.S. and Canadian companies, we primarily facilitate global small and mid-size mobility programs with between one and three hundred global relocations per year. Note that we do not provide U.S. immigration services.
