AUDREY LUSTGARTEN
Founder and Principal Attorney
Audrey is a Principal Attorney of LG Global Immigration. She is a frequent author and speaker on the topic of global immigration and has served as Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association (AILA) Global Migration Section and the American Bar Association (ABA) Immigration and Naturalization Committee. Audrey represents clients in the technology, manufacturing, and services industries. She embraces technology as a tool to make her clients' lives easier but never sees it as a substitute for personal service. Audrey is a dual U.S.-Canadian citizen who loves travel, baking, and reading. Her passion for travel and understanding different cultures led her to pursue a career in immigration law. She is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Georgia. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif.
ASHLEY VANOOTEGHEM
Senior Case Manager
Ashley is a Senior Case Manager with LG Global Immigration. She assists clients with obtaining work and business visas and residence permits in dozens of countries worldwide, but has a particular focus on Australian, Canadian, German and Singaporean immigration matters. Ashley frequently works with companies in the technology and services sectors, including both Fortune 500 companies and innovative start-ups. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law Studies from Michigan State University and serves as a Communications Associate for paradiGM, a global mobility nonprofit.
CARMELA SLEVA
Case Manager
Carmela is a Case Manager with LG Global Immigration. She helps clients to obtain the visas and permits they need to hire or relocate top talent where they need it in the world. Carmela frequently works with companies in the staffing, services, and manufacturing industries and has a particular focus on Canadian, Mexican, and UK immigration matters. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and French from Wayne State University and is fluent in French.
ALISON CHURCH
Operations Consultant
Alison Church is an Operations Consultant for LG Global Immigration. She is responsible for coordinating all client invoicing and reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Michigan State University, studied Spanish at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and is fluent in Spanish.
